DEFINE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN
Patriots Heart Network Media began covering this issue in 2008. This video is from 2009 calling out to the media to do their job. The lawsuit referenced at 2:80 was filed with Judge Lamberth in the US District Court. We lost because of a lack of standing. Standing has been the key issue in getting a resolution to the primary question of eligibility.
There are three groups who have challenged Obama in Georgia. One group has two litigants, Carl Swensson and Kevin Powell (Carl was a co-host on Patriot's Heart Network). Both are part of the extended Patriots Heart's family and we celebrate their success! Their attorney is elected Florida 177th District House Representative Mark Hatfield.
There is not doubt Thursday's events are still being defined as the legal teams prepare their next steps. We are watching the progress of all three cases through the administrative court process and will post updates.
The issue with eligibility is that the Federal Government and all state governments fail to define natural born citizenship in such a way that the meaning is clear to the electorate. Many believe a natural born citizen requires both parents to be a US Citizens at the time of the birth of the child. This is the source of the conflict.
Mr. Obama has also refused to produce documents from his childhood. This creates additional challenges because there are questions as to how he paid for his college education. Was it by declaring foreign citizenship?
As it stands now, Mr. Obama must personally show up in Georgia court on the 26th. Very exciting news! Congratulations to the litigants!
Now where is the media on this?
Barack Obama refused to hold a victory parade for the US troops returning from Iraq. He wouldn’t even hold a welcome home parade.
Missouri will.

St. Louis will hold the nation’s first Welcome Home Parade for Iraq War vets.
Ozarks First reported:
The countdown is on. The nation’s first welcome home parade for Iraq war veterans will take place on January 28th in St. Louis, Missouri.
Some good news for parade organizers. Union Station has opened up its doors for an event before and after the parade, says Craig Schneider, Welcome Home Parade Organizer. “Union station has opened their doors so our dream of this veterans resource village where we can get people and groups together that are welcoming them back and kind of helping them out, Union Station has opened its doors. So it’s all going to be inside at Union Station now.”
The parade will start run down Market street starting at Kiener Plaza and end at Union Station.
And they’ve started to get calls and emails and Facebook postings from around the U.S. from the invasion in 2003 until the end of the war in late 2011 while American troops fought and died in Iraq.
So far the group is operating on Facebook. On a page titled ‘Make January 28th Welcome Home the Heroes from Iraq Day.’
The organizers are asking for donations here.

Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan lashed out at the Obama Administration for forcing religious organizations to go out into the marketplace and buy a product that violates their conscience. The new rules are so strict that most Catholic institutions will not qualify for an exemption.

Pope Benedict warned of the “grave threat” to religious freedom in United States before the Obama Administration’s decision this week.
Catholic News Agency reported:
Pope Benedict XVI warned today of a “grave threat” to religious liberty in the United States that requires American Catholics to respond with intelligence and courage.
“It is imperative that the entire Catholic community in the United States come to realize the grave threats to the Church’s public moral witness presented by a radical secularism which finds increasing expression in the political and cultural spheres,” he said Jan. 19 in an address to a group of American bishops visiting the Vatican.
The Pope said he was particularly concerned with “certain attempts being made to limit that most cherished of American freedoms, the freedom of religion.”
Pope Benedict’s address was delivered to the bishops from the Mid-Atlantic states region, which includes the Archdioceses of Washington and Baltimore. They are in Rome this week on their regular “ad limina” visit to discuss the health of the U.S. Church with the Pope and Vatican officials. The two bishops from the Archdiocese for the U.S. Military Services are also participating in the meetings.
Pope Benedict said that over the past few days many of the bishops have expressed concern over attempts in the U.S. to “deny the right of conscientious objection on the part of Catholic individuals and institutions with regard to cooperation in intrinsically evil practices.”
Meanwhile, other bishops raised the “worrying tendency to reduce religious freedom to mere freedom of worship” without guarantees of respect for freedom of conscience.
At present, the Obama administration is considering imposing a contraception and sterilization mandate that would require all insurance companies to provide those services free of charge. The regulation has a religious exemption clause, but it provides very few exceptions for Church organizations.
