"...what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?” “A Republic, if you can keep it

Dear Senator:

I am not happy with the conduct of your party concerning Judge Kavanaugh. This action by Senator Feinstein reeks of a cheap and underhanded political stunt. This is no different than the “lynching” your side attempted with Justice Thomas.

So now your side is trying to repeat that attempted “lynching”. It is disgusting. It is dirty politics. It is unprofessional and brings great discredit to the United States Senate.

I have been the victim of a false accusation of sexual harassment at work. I was not in any way allowed to defend myself. It was the worst of a kangaroo court. I was fired. What Senator Feinstein and other Democrats in the US Senate reminds me of what happened to me back then. It was wrong then and is still wrong today.

So I see your side is attempting to do to Judge Kavanaugh what was done to me. That is not anything that should ever be done in America. That conduct is NOT what I served 21 years in the military to defend.

I therefore must urge you to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. The yes vote is needed to repudiate this type of repugnant conduct by Senator Feinstein and others on your side in the Senate.

Senator Feinstein must face disciplinary action for this. I hope you will support this to restore the dignity and honor of the US Senate.

Sincerely;

William A Geresy

 I agree with Geresy's letter, however, will his Senator listen to him?  Will all our Reps and Senators listen to "We The People"?  Maybe they will when we go vote this November and again in 2020.  When we elect our Reps and Senators, it's up to us to make sure we elect the right person, not just by name recognition which is what a lot of people do that is the WRONG thing to do when voting.  You elect a person based on merit, experiences, their previous votes and what they do if they were a business person before (like Pres. Donald Trump) because that matters, not their name, but their personality, their business and political efforts, the way they talk to people, not based on lied promises, but assured way of their experience, and how they deal with stress and emotions.  We learned all of this by our votes for Pres. Trump; and now we're seeing some billionaire (from NY) wanting to join in the race to presidency - thinking that Trump got his votes for being rich which was NOT the case; it was because of they way he talked to real people and his steadfast promises that he kept all thru his campaign and election is what made him the better man he is.

I just sent this reply to Senator Stabenow.

Dear Senator Stabenow:

I was hugely disappointed that the senior Senator from Michigan is voting "NO" on Judge Kavanaugh without one solid reason why. You only offered blank statements. That is not good enough for me.

Today, another lady has come forward, yet her story has already been discredited. Dr. Ford's tale has been discredited. How many more fake stories are yet to come.

These baseless attacks by your party are extremely disgusting. It is a disgrace to our system of government.

I hope you will inform the lady Senator from Hawaii that women DO LIE about these things. I have been a victim of lies like this. I stated that in my earlier letter to you on this topic.

Senator, it is time to stand up to your party's dirty tricks and vote "Yes" on Judge Kavanaugh. End this disgrace!

Sincerely;
William A. Geresy

Dear William,

Thank you for contacting me to share your views about the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be the next Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with me.

After carefully reviewing his record, I have concluded that, in my judgment, Judge Kavanaugh does not meet the important standard of balance and impartiality that is critical for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.

I understand your views and respect your position on this nomination. I truly believe that supporting his nomination to the Supreme Court is not in the best interests of the people of Michigan.

Thank you again for contacting me. Please continue to keep me informed about issues of concern to you and your family.

Sincerely,

PHNM
