If I was in Congress, I would be hated by almost everyone for speaking out on the issues.

I am too used to living up to my military Oath.  I would treat an office holding Oath the same way.

I just wish more at least for follow a line from the song, Man from LaMacha.  "To be willing to march into hell for a heavenly cause."

If an 18/19 year old can while serving in Afghanistan or any place else, why can't the politicians?

Or as we said in the Air Force.  If you are not taking flak, you are not over the target!

I understand, William. We have a number of the establishment elitists who are breaking arms and likely even threatening the others.  The fact is, there are more GOP who are not establishment; they have taken an oath, and they need to stop being cowards and defend the Constitution and the Republic.  So, if they do as they are told by the elitists, they will get a crappy committee assignment, or they are not privy to major legislation.  I ask you, perhaps I ask them, where is your character, your integrity, your oath?  They turned into bottom feeders for the elitists.  As it stands now, there choice was a very bad one, because now, hopefully, they will be looking for other work as of November.  Yes, there are a few who have kept their spine, but they are few.

It isn't all of the GOP that has done it.  It is the RINOs that have been in DC way too long.  They have been brow beaten so much by the left and press that they have forgotten why they were at first elected.  I have seen this with my GOP Congressman Fred Upton.

When he was first elected, he was very good.  He had open town halls and was very good at both listening to the people and explaining what was going on in DC.  Not any more.  He is only a conservative during elections.  But he is so entrenched, we can't primary him out.  I am getting the feeling that when he finally leaves office, it will be in a fancy box with six people carrying him!

And that is the problem with so many.  The only solution is term limits.  That takes a Constitutional Amendment.  Since it has to pass both the House and Senate with 2/3rds votes, it ain't happening!

We got term limits passed for the State Legislature here in Michigan.  It took a vote of the people to make it happen.  Lansing wasn't about to do it on their own.

True.  However, we should also remember that we have a GOP which has created the Uni-Party and given Obama and fellow Communists everything they want.  They do not represent the people; they represent themselves.

The Democrats still think that the greatest US Economy was the Great Depression under Roosevelt.  If it wasn't for WWII, who knows how long this would have lasted.

And look at how they still trash the booming economy under President Reagan!

They give false credit for the growing economy that Speaker Gingrich and Majority Leader Lott created to Clinton the Impeached.

In short, the Democrats love a Depression and hate Prosperity.  The reason is simple, in a booming economy, people don't need or want Democrats.

I still say that the Democrats triggered the bust during the 2008 election that gave us Usurper Barry Soetoro.  It is sure strange that the bust came just as McCain was starting to lead in the polls.

If Mr. Trump is leading in the polls come fall, I expect the Democrats will trigger another bust to get Hillary in.
